This website is a private, non-commercial demonstration and test project. It is not a real company: no goods or services are offered or sold, and no revenue is generated.

Why isn't there a full commercial legal notice?

The full legal-notice requirement under § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG), § 5 of the Telemedia Act (TMG) until May 2024, only applies to "commercial digital services typically offered for payment." Since this project is run purely for demonstration and testing purposes, there's no obligation to state a company name, legal form, commercial register number, or VAT ID.

Provider identification under § 18(2) of the German Interstate Media Treaty (MStV)

[Name and postal address of the natural person responsible for this website]

Even non-commercial, publicly accessible websites are not legally considered "purely personal or family use," and therefore § 18(2) MStV still requires at minimum the name and address of the responsible person, regardless of whether it's a commercial operation.
